The best apartment i have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Location 5/5 Juuust outside downtown Bellevue. Don't let google maps fool you the bus heading downtown is right across the street and only a 10 min bus till you're in the heart of Bellevue. With plenty of grocery stores or malls/restaurants to choose from very nearby. However perfectly far enough away that you're surrounded by trees and away from the busy traffic of downtown. Great apartments to live in. Very responsive and helpful team.
Great apartments to live in, but recently we have been getting solicitors knocking on our doors every weekend, even though there is a no soliciting sign at the entrance of the apartments.
My fiance and I have lived here for the past year and have loved our experience. The neighborhood is always very clean and well taken care of. The maintenance team is very quick, responsible, and good at their job. The management team is great to work with and is very fast and efficient with their communication. Every time we have people over they are always jealous of our neighborhood.
