Np Kelsey is very patient and tentative she listen to me as I tell her my what ever I may have that's a issue to me, she's very warm manner
Kelsey Eccles is a very compassionate NP I like that she is very caring about my questions ,concerns and me you don’t find that in a lot of of doctors
At first I was Apprehensive because I had been under the Supreme care of Penn Medicine and I was afraid there would be a huge drop off in Quality of my personal care but she has far exceeded any expectations and allayed my concerns and the care has been focused and personal which has been beyond excellent. She and her staff have take serious care of me for even which would titled minor issues but they treated it first rate all the way. Superb it has been from day one to present
I have been Kelsie’s patient for about 4 years. She has been very knowledgeable and helpful. I can ask her questions about anything. I really enjoy talking to her. She’s compassionate and friendly. I had my doubts about Oak Street until I met her. Thanks for everything!!
