Have eating here several times and food is always excellent.
food was great. unfortunately our waitress charge us for a beer we did not order or drink.
Kelly’s is the most consistent in great food and drinks regardless of tourist season or not. They remarkably keep the same quality of service regardless how busy they are...definitely still one the best restaurants in Cap Charles, hands down!
Very nice interior, bar and atmosphere
We stopped in today for the very first time on our way to Virginia Beach from NJ. We are so glad we did :) This Place was so amazing inside and out:) The service was great as well as the food. The owner was super friendly as well and told us the history of the building etc. We most definitely will be returning whenever we are back in the area.
Had a wonderful dinner at the pub. Crab cakes were delicious.
