RecommendedMy wife and I have been here many times and always had a positive experience. Unfortunately we can’t say that about our last visit on July 19th. Their air conditioning wasn’t working very well but the biggest issue was the number of flys inside the restaurant. We literally had over a dozen of them constantly around us, and the staff told us that they weren’t allowed to kill them with a swatter. Flies are always a Summer issue on The Shore. We have 2 doors that are constantly opening and closing. Often times customers hold the doors open to get their party inside. We are not permitted to use fly swatters by order of the HD. This has been an extremely active season for the fly population. There is very little that we are permitted to do in a food service area.
So we try to go to Kelly’s last night and the waitress was very rude to us and all we wanted to really do was just take out our food and she said no we can’t do that that would be breaking the rules well first of all why are you are not doing takeout anymore that doesn’t make any sense you all are losing business by doing that FYI Thanks
