She Crab Soup is scrumptious!
We eat at Kelly’s every time we’re in town and have always loved everything we’ve tried!!! Fish’n chips, fish tacos, crab dip, goat cheese salad, hamburgers, Shepherds pie, she-crab soup, onion rings, crab cakes, sandwiches... you name it, we’ve tried it and loved it!!!
my husband has fish tacos & I had the Cod sandwich and it was delicious!
Even though I only had fish tacos once, this would be the only way I would ever want them served. Order these people, I swear you WILL NOT be disappointed!!!!

Absolutely outstanding! The menu offered many appealing options in terms of food and beverages. Regina, our server was amazing and very knowledgeable. This rivals most of the pubs I have visited up North. I will definitely return during my next visit to the Shore!
I am not one to write reviews but I am truly disappointed. My boyfriend and I came in tonight looking for a great meal. The service and food was horrible. Took almost an hour to get our appetizer. We then got our food and when we did it was cold and was not good. We asked to speak to a manager and instead they took our plates away and we just paid for our drinks. No manager came to see us or apologize. Staff was not nice either. Very disappointed.
We always love going to Kelly’s when we are in town! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great and the service is always wonderful!
This is the go-to place if you’re in Cape Charles. Right off the beach, it’s obviously a family run place that values their customers. The staff is friendly as all hell, just the right amount of beers on tap and a great Irish bar setting. The menu is intelligent without being pretentious and the food is well prepared. Even if you’re headed someplace else take the time and make the effort to stop off here.
