Those crooks at Kelly's auto body I've been very patient with Kelly Autobody, but at some point they kept my car so long that the insurance company said they would stop paying for the rental car I was using. Every single time I called the shop, they would delay the estimate. I told them the situation, and that every day they kept the car I was losing money. Inexpensive, and they do good work. I like Kelly's Auto Body in Bellevue for minor repair work. They do terrific work and I always find them to be quite inexpensive after I compare prices with other places. They guaranteed the fendor work they did for me for as long as I owned by car. I found that to be a really great promise, such that I can go back anytime to have it redone if I'm not satisfied.
Bad service, took 3 weeks longer than estimated, poor quality repairs I was never once called by this shop after they got my car. I called them and was told when it would be ready. Called that day before going to pick it up to find it was not ready. This happened three times. It took a month for a two week repair. When they told me they only had to finish the paint, they called me the next day saying they found another 1500 worht of damage they had to fix and they would need another week.
