Our experience with Kelly Toney as our Real Estate Agent was excellent. She provided prompt communications, and she worked for us caringly as our buyer's agent. She assisted the home inspection by providing us FaceTime so that we could "be there" during the inspection. Paperwork along the way and closing went very smoothly. Her knowledge of the local real estate market was helpful.
I lost a younger brother in July of 25. After 5 months of struggling I found Kelly at Always Island Time Realty and things turned around quickly. Kelly and her team have reasonably priced resources and know how to get the job done. They did a beautiful job of repairing, cleaning and listing the Condo. The property was sold in two days for cash and closed soon after. I would highly recommend the Always Island Time team in any Probate situation and thank them for their efforts in every way!
Always Island Time was chosen by the seller of the property. As it happens, we were both extremely pleased with their expertise and efficiency. Kelly Toney represented us. Not being from this area, she advised us on title companies, inspection people, contractors, & insurance companies. What could have been stressful was actually not bad. We continue to deal with some of the contractors who all speak highly of the Always Island Time ladies and the duration of their relationships.
Kelly is an outstanding agent with Always Island Time Realty. She sold everything from vacant land, mobile homes, manufactured homes and homes. These properties have been located in Lee, Charlotte, and Collier.
Kelly Toney went beyond expectations for helping me find a home. I am forever thankful for All her help. She explained everything, making sure I understood everything from beginning to end. I can't say enough about her knowledge and great personality. Thank you Kelly for finding my forever home.
