What a weird experience and the worst communication from any healthcare provider - that right there should say something. It was always nearly impossible to get prescriptions refilled: she will not respond to pharmacy refill requests and will only refill medications if you contact her directly, but every prescription only lasts a month. Weird experience, poor communication. At my first appointment, I said that I have 1 medication with my primary care doctor. Kelly wanted to try new medications but never once told me to stop taking the other one. I don’t know why or how I am supposed to infer that I should stop taking a necessary medication without being told to do so. Immediately after my first appointment, the records from Lakeview Counseling were sent to my primary care doctor. My primary care doctor literally sent confirmation that they were received but... read more
