I waited about five months for an appointment and received no text message, phone call, or voicemail letting me know it was coming up. When I called, an assistant told me my chart was marked as though I had requested not to receive notifications. I never requested that; I had asked for the exact opposite. When I scheduled another appointment, I clearly confirmed that I wanted a text or phone-call reminder. Again, I received nothing. Had a great experience with Dr. Reynolds. She listens carefully, analyses and gives few solutions for treatment. She follows up & responses immediately.. Highly recommended
Terrible service- Appts are two months out ask for any appt a cancellation my appt is emergency appt staff never calls back don’t take health concerns seriously
Kelly was soooo nice and helpful! I wish all of my doctors were as kind as her.
