Not so accommodating receptionist. I called and suppose to schedule my first dermatology appointment but I was so disappointed. when the lady answered the phone, she hanged up the phone after I asked her to repeat name because I did not hear her it clearly. So, instead of calling their office to schedule the appointment, I choose to call different dermatology office.
Dr. Reed is so kind and knowledgeable. She is very thorough throughout the appointment. Dr Reed takes the time to explain the procedure or anything thar is happening with my skin. She also takes time to listen to my concerns and questions..I would highly recommend Dr. Reed!
Dr Reed and Vanessa gave me quality patient care during my first appointment. They answered my questions patiently and addressed my concerns kindly. Dr Reed was excellent in explaining my skin condition and treatment options. Dr Reed is an excellent listener and asked pertinent questions regarding my medical history. Have been there five or six times. Couldn't ask for better, more professional, friendly, [no delays] dermatology services. ... Best dermitologist I have ever had, and overall, best full-service derm office I have ever been to.
