Terrible Office Staff!! The girls at the front don't answer the phone and if they do answer, they are rude. The office staff doesn't respond to text messages, even when text is their preferred way to communicate, and they don't respond to pharmacies when refills are requested. I have proof of everything I am saying. I've been seen by the Dr, it's a refill for an inhaler, just refill it already!! Smh I get bloodwork done and no call about the results. This isnt about Kelley. This is about her Borderline rude and absolutely inept staff member with blonde hair and half of her nails missing! I was subjected to back and forth texts for a week TRYING to get an appointment ( no decency or enough class or PROFESSIONALISM to pick up the phone and call me) for an appointment. I specifically requested to see KELLY throughout my texts because she was highly recommended to me by 2 drs and a friend. Kelly is a great provider and her approach to medicine is very unique and personalized to my medical needs. The staff (Rhonda, Cierra, Wyatt) are super helpful and friendly.
Kelly's been my doctor for about 8 years now probably longer and she's always been a good doctor listens and I definitely would recommend her😊
