I feel CHEATED. they did not let me test drive or see the car until i signed the bottom line. When going over the car while still there found passenger door lock does not work with the same key. I questioned why was told they had refurbished the car as much as they would. they click baited it on the web for 7800 dollars. total came to around 14,500 dollars for 2005 Toyota Corolla with 36000 miles. My son had the oil changed with their service department on 9/27/25 the vehicle status report comes back with passenger side cv j... read more

Entire place is horrible. "Service" is a joke, a scam taking money from innocent people. I went 12/24 to have brakes done. They either don't know how to do a brake job because grease are all over my front brakes. They drenched grease on it that almost a yr later my front brakes squeak. I went to try to get it resolved ****** went in my face him and the new service manager ***** ****** kicked my daughter out..yes, you read that right. As I looked into it and the receipts they charged me for things I never knew I was getting d... read more

I’ve taken my 2017 Infiniti Q50 to Nissan of Rochester, Minnesota three different times (2022, 2024, and 2025) for rear-brake issues, and each visit has been worse than the last. The first brake job was fine, but after only 8,000 miles I needed a second one. The mechanic never caught the real cause — a sticking caliper dragging the brake pad across the rotor — and didn’t even check the vehicle’s prior service history. Less than 6,000 miles later, I was back again for the same problem. This time the service department told me... read more

I recently purchased a vehicle here and was treated very disrespectfully. I am almost 70 years old and the finance manager got angry when I decided I didn’t want to purchase the car. He intimated me into signing the papers. I was asked if I wanted my car delivered to my address and I replied no twice! When I returned home the vehicle was in my yard. I didn’t get to check the vehicle before purchasing it. Upon inspection there was damage to the front bumper I was unaware of, two headlights and a backup light didn’t work, also... read more

I purchased a 2025 Nissan Frontier from Maus Nissan of New Port Richey after explaining I had a debt consolidation loan on my previous vehicle and would only proceed if it was paid off or included in the new financing. The salesperson implied it would be and told me to enter a higher income to qualify—then took my phone and entered the inflated number himself. He also said “the two payments you won’t have to make on OneMain will cover the down payment,” leading me to believe the old loan was included. After signing, I learne... read more

One of the worst retail experiences of my life and I am not young. First, they claimed that my car had to have it’s interior detailed before they worked on it, for which they wanted to charge me $500. As i make less than $500/hr. I elected to do it myself. I got setup and they closed. I put my stuff for detailing it and they told me to leave it there. When I came back it had been moved. When I went to detail the car I bought supplies at the local walmart. I needed an extension cord of 25 ft. Or more. I elected to get the goo... read more
