The service department is horrible. I have taken my car here a couple of times and each time they have been nothing but rude to me. I love Mazdas but I will never buy one from this location. Not only is the service department full of ignorant people, they left my car unlocked in the middle of Scranton and money was stolen from it.
Brian was awesome helping my wife and I lease our new Mazda3 5 door. Great service and communication. Much better than the other Mazda dealers we dealt with. Only downside and I'm not taking stars away because of this is that the dealership showrooms are severely outdated and are in a desperate need of modernization.
