They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Kelly is a wonderful doctor. She has worked miracles with both my back and the constant headaches. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was always skeptical and a little afraid of chiropractors and Dr. Coogan has made a believer of me. Her staff is friendly, her office is clean and comfortable and her services are life changing.

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Out of all the other chiropractic offices I have visited, they have been the best office by far! They are kind and caring and make me feel extremely comfortable each time I visit. It's good to know that they actually show concern about my condition. The environment is relaxing and I would recommend it to everyone!

Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
