Showed up this morning for service @ 9:00am, nobody came out to greet me so I went in. I was greeted once inside by "what time is your appointment", I told her that I didn't have one, she tells me "I can get you in Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of next week". This normally wouldn't be a problem but there wasn't anyone there waiting in line for service. I was the only car there, I've worked at a Honda dealership & we NEVER turned cars away for service. This is definitely how you lose business.
