Kelly helped me find an apartment in Philly and was so helpful! She helped me narrow down my list and tour places. She knew what to ask on the tours, things that I wouldn’t have even thought to ask. She is such a kind person and truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you Kelly!
Working with Kelly was an amazing experience! As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect, but Kelly guided me seamlessly through the entire journey. From day one, she was incredibly personable, easy to connect with, and consistently responsive at any time of day. She was also wonderfully proactive, asking crucial questions on my behalf to the seller’s agent, mortgage lender, and any other necessary parties. I was so fortunate to have her support and 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
Kelly was incredible to work with, we searched for a home for over two years with her and she helped us find the perfect one! She is extremely responsive and thoughtful in how to ensure her clients leave satisfied with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Thanks, Kelly.

Her knowledge, expertise in the real estate market, great negotiating skills, and excellent communication skills were all so greatly appreciated. Rest assured, Kelly will take good care of you and get the best possible! She’s the best!

Kelly was incredibly patient with our indecisiveness (put in tons of offers), responsive at all times of the day (even when she shouldn’t be) and always willing to answer our million questions with extensive explanation.
