Exceptional really doesn't begin to describe the level of their care! Dr. Rich and his team are there for your child; they are there for your family. They are thorough with each well-child visit and with each sick child visit. Even during holiday months, you can count on Dr. Rich to see to it that your child gets the care he/she may need. i have been going to him for 9 months. I'm done. X-rays EVERY month, every test you can imagine. Meds don't work so he keeps adding more. Has come up with NOTHING to ease the pain or even figure out what's wrong with me. Has me doing cleanses over & over, which do NOT help. X-rays ALWAYS say the same thing. Half the time he doesn't make any sense. Tells me one thing at one appt. & then comes up with something else the next time & denies what he told me previously. NOT going back. Always got me aligned on the 1st visit and can't beat the price or the atmosphere.
Dr. Charles Kelly uses the tactic of small talk to distract from the fact that he is not really listening and has not done his homework before the follow-up appointment. He had not even looked at my biopsy and lab results before he was making a diagnosis and prescribing more medicine that was for a problem I didn't even have. When I asked him, about the lab and biopsy results, he seemed irritated and then said "UMMM. Well, Lemme check." The hand held device he was going to use to check my results needed re-charging. He is great! He knows what he is doing and is caring to each patient.
Not even a star,The Office is dirt,with feces on floor and blood. Also,unknown stains on walls and cheap weak massage table in room,which would of not held my weight! Nurse came in room to get some kind of equipment and looked unprofessional,on cheap table,not clean looking! Did not meet Doctor,but how is he if he has old poop on floor and dirty walls????
STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SKIN!!!! This "Doctor" was by the far the most unprofessional Doctor I have ever seen. I waited in his very smelly waiting room with 15 other people for over an hour while he only had 1 other person working there scrambling to help people. I was a new patient and was told in haste that they accept my insurance (a good PPO) and my visit would be covered. I love Dr. Shetty and her entire staff. They are professional, personable, patient and caring. I hardly ever wait upon arrival. They always address all of my concerns and my questions. Their facility and equipment is state of the art.
