Dr Kelly and his Staff are awesome !! He explains everything and knows what to do He is very thorough and caring His Staff is Awesome they are very helpful and caring ??Im extremely happy to finally have a Doctor and Staff that is willing to go the distance for their patients THANK YOU KELLY CLINIC
Dr. Kelly was very nice and helpful.I like when a doctor joke round a little make me fell relaxed and keeps me no to worry about any problems. I have no problem going back to Dr.Kelly.And his staff are helpful and caring.
Dear Dr Kelly, Unfortunately our Dr/patient relationship will have to be severed due to your receptionists, primarily Michelle's lack of professionalism and ethics.She needs to go to anger management as she yells incoherently and makes personal accusations.:"You must be more physical with your own family !", etc.Please listen to your recordings and judge for yourself who is in the wrong. You are a fantastic Dr. now get a fantastic group of receptionists. Thank you Arthur Nava, PTRN, retired.
2 appointments he was 2 hours late.Canceled 1 appointment,4 th appointment called at 3 pm thursday about 5pm appt.on friday,which I Knew nothing about.I got there asked about what appt.was about ? A follow up. they said,I replayed the one they canceled ,MICHELL started an argument it was not canceled.I couldn't understand her broken english so my wife stepped in and MICHELL started an argument and insulting my wife.finally agreed it was canceled gave my $40.00 and dont come back.
