i have been going to him for 9 months. I'm done. X-rays EVERY month, every test you can imagine. Meds don't work so he keeps adding more. Has come up with NOTHING to ease the pain or even figure out what's wrong with me. Has me doing cleanses over & over, which do NOT help. X-rays ALWAYS say the same thing. Dr. Charles Kelly uses the tactic of small talk to distract from the fact that he is not really listening and has not done his homework before the follow-up appointment. He had not even looked at my biopsy and lab results before he was making a diagnosis and prescribing more medicine that was for a problem I didn't even have. When I asked him, about the lab and biopsy results, he seemed irritated and then said "UMMM. Well, Lemme check." The hand held device he was going to use to check my results needed re-charging. Not even a star,The Office is dirt,with feces on floor and blood. Also,unknown stains on walls and cheap weak massage table in room,which would of not held my weight! Nurse came in room to get some kind of equipment and looked unprofessional,on cheap table,not clean looking! Did not meet Doctor,but how is he if he has old poop on floor and dirty walls????
The office staff especially the manager/rn Michelle is very rude, disrespectful to the patients. She argues with al9t of the patients then will sit there and talk bad about them. All she is doing is ruining Dr Kelly's practice.
The problem really isn’t the doctor so much it is his WIFE and office manager MICHELLE! she will fire you as a patient for no reason. The doctor liked me and was more than willing to help me with my rare stomach disorder. Now I have to see a specialist all the way in phoenix because his wife has a bad attitude and is completely unsympathetic to patients. He should get rid of her because she isn’t ruining his business!
I recommend Dr Kelly he is a really good doctor. When something is not right he is on the ball orders the tests and blood work and takes care of the problem. I have been going to Dr Kelly for a few years and would never change Doctors. All of his staff are so friendly and awesome. Thank you Dr Kelly and everyone in the office.
Save your money!!!!!!!!!! Go to someone that knows what they are doing because this guy don't. Terrible office help. Would give a negative if I could.
I know some people think Dr Kelly doesn’t seem very professional but I think he is friendly and likable. He is the only Dr in Kingman that helped get the ball rolling with a true diagnosis for my myriad of health problems when all other doctors ignored and told me it was in my head. Can’t thank him enough for that.
Best doctor, best staff. Some people need got their own acts straight out. You can not bad mouth physician or staff, because your unreasonable demanding is denied.
