Kelly helped us through the sale of our dad’s family home after he moved into senior living. It wasn’t an easy process to navigate with multiple family members and she was able to do that with empathy and patience. Her strategy for selling a 1950’s original home was successful in bringing in multiple offers that exceeded the list price. My dad was very happy with the outcome.
As a first time home buyer Kelly was able to put my anxious concerned mind at ease! She would guide me through the process while not overwhelming me with explanations. Whenever concerns or a place I was interested in viewing was available she was always quick to respond! I really enjoyed working with Kelly and would definitely recommend reaching out to her!

Kelly Azzarello was the most wonderful Realtor when my 2nd parent died, and we needed to put the house, in Bellevue WA on the market. She has empathy, patience and excellent communication skills.
