Very caring staff. Excellent ambience . Dr Elward is both caring and skilled. I think she should think about not delegating as much to her dental assistants as the patient appreciates her expertise and judgment in the subtle aspects of dental care that can have an impact. She is very responsive to feedback and responded to this type of request with a positive response.
I tried a new dentist a few months ago when I had an infection in a tooth that had to be removed. She told me that I had gum disease and needed a deep cleaning for $2400 and that I would need to have my teeth cleaned four times a year... never before have I been advised to have a deep cleaning, or advised quarterly cleanings - but she was so nice and helpful in dealing with my pain and getting me in right away to an oral surgeon to get my tooth extraction handled that I almost moved forward with having the deep cleaning... I spent a weekend in a lot of pain with a molar that was badly infected. It was my first visit. Paperwork filled out online and I was out in just over an hour.

KELLY ELWARD IS THE BEST DENTIST, I LIVE IN ARIZONA NOW BUT WAIT UNTIL I COME BACK TO CALIFORNIA FOR A VISIT TO GET ALL WORK AND CLEANING DONE. SHE IS SO CAPABLE AND RESPECTFUL. I CAN NOT FIND ANYONE I LIKE AND TRUST AS WELL!! HER STAFF IS GREAT, HER OFFICE IS SO COMFORTABLE AND STRESS FREE. KELLY MATCHED THE COLOR ON MY FRONT CROWN SO WELL, YOU CANT EVEN TELL THAT THERE WAS WORK DONE. SHE HAS A GOOD TOUCH. My husband had been telling me about this place for a few years, urging me to change my dentist. I should have listened earlier - you're terrific! Since then I have referred many family members and all are very happy with Dr. Elward and her wonderful staff.
Normally I hate going to the dentist. This is the only dental office I don’t mind going to.
