Melissa is an amazing hygienist! I have extreme sensitivity and she is always so patient and careful...and Dr Edwards and the entire office staff are awesome as well.
Staff are welcoming and friendly. My initial experience was that they were also punctual and respected my time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.
Dr. Elward's office was prompt in responding to my request to make an appointment. They sent paperwork ahead of time for me to fill out which was nice because it meant that I didn't have to worry about coming early/finding information on my phone. I first saw Dr. Elward who checked my teeth and was very clear about everything she was doing to make sure I was comfortable. The hygienist, Mary-Kay, was very kind and gentle. She answered all my questions. I left feeling great and plan to make this my new dentist.
Your office rocks and I am ALWAYS HAPPY when I leave.
I went to Dr. Elward thinking I needed a root canal or crown because of increased pain and sensitivity on one of my back molars. It turns out I was just grinding and she addressed the issue quickly and without much work. The pain is gone. Simple and wonderful.
Melissa was, as always, a delight!
