I don't like dentist. Hadn't been to one in a VERY long time (years). I am very pleased with all the staff who eased my fears and embarrassment I felt since I had not sought dental care for so many years. My issues were addressed appropriately and I was made comfortable with all the accommodations offered to ease my anxiousness. My hygienist Melissa is the best. I used to have major anxiety when it came to going to the dentist but ever since visiting Dr. Elward's office, I've never had that issue. I can't tell you how nice it is not stress out every six months when I have to get a cleaning done. I know that I'm getting the best care possible and I'm not being given treatments that I don't need (which happened to me at a previous dentist). I cannot recommend this wonderful office enough!
Dr. Elward is the best! She has very high standards and is a perfectionist. I am so lucky to have her as my dentist.
As usual, prompt, attentive, kind, skilled service. No rush, things are explained well. My usual high anxiety with dentists is reduced.
