I haven't been to the dentist in a while and was nervous to go back. But when my sister told me about her experience with Dr. Elward, I knew I had to go see for myself. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable in the chair talking with Dr. Elward & her assistant. I look forward to establishing care in their office!
Always 5 stars…appointment notification, worthwhile emails, attention to individual needs, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, plus excellent dental work with Dr. Kelly and assistants
I appreciate the combined attributes of professionalism and caring nature of Dr. Elward's staff . It streams from the top down, Dr. Elward is caring, professional and update on the current scope of practice. I can't imagine finding such a consistency of care from front desk to the treatment room in any other office.
Dr Elward and her staff are always friendly and welcoming. They always want to be sure you are comfortable and happy with your dental services.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Elward and her staff. I had extreme fear and anxiety for years and avoided the dentist until the pain was too severe to ignore anymore. Dr. Elward and her staff have change my lifelong fear of dentists with their kind, gentle and professional ways. I have had some pretty bad experiences with dentists. I am glad I have found Dr. Elward. She listens well and explained everything to my satisfaction. I am not afraid to go back there. What a relief!
