I am terrified of the dentist - this was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Staff was friendly from the moment I walked through the door to my exit.
I always enjoy the conversation, the office is clean and relaxing and I feel the staff are knowledgeable and work hard. the environment is relaxed and friendly, I feel they work hard to keep my smile clean, bright and healthy.
Kelly and her staff were amazing. I was a nervous wreck because I hadn't had any work done on my teeth for 15 years. Kelly didn't make me feel bad at all. They gave me headphones to drowned out the noise and made she I was comfortable. I will defiantly will be back for regular check-ups.
What I find helpful as a client is that without exception, the entire staff seems caring and welcoming. I also find the staff nonjudgmental, which means that I dont cringe waiting to hear criticism about flossing more or better.
I have recommended Dr. Elward to friends and I know one who has become a patient and is as happy as I am with her care. Friendly staff and nice office make going to the dentist less daunting.
Great front desk support and timely responses; well organized and friendly. Dr.Elward as professional, knowledgeable, and as personable as any DDS I've been to over the last thirty years.
Everyone in the office was kind, respectful and very personable. I was made to feel comfortable and was kept informed on everything being done. My questions were answered and my needs were met.
Superior dental care. But, office is closed from 1-2 for lunch. Suggest you put that info on your several email reminders of appt. If patient does not know that info and arrives early at 1:45, for example, for 2pm appt, he/ she must wait in car or outside in heat ( I was dropped off ) for 15 mins vs. your office.
Dr. Elward is professional, friendly and one great dentist. Her staff is excellent also. My wife and I have been with Dr. Elward for at least 15 years.
