Dr. Kelly and her staff are not only very capable but they are so pleasant even a true dental-office-phobic can enjoy their visit.
I love coming! First time I have ever said that about a dentist office! From the very first appointment I have felt like it is my forever Dentist. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel good about coming in. Options and suggested, any procedure is thoroughly explained.
The entire staff is polite and friendly. I feel confident they as a team will help!
Hygienist Melissa is professional and personal, always remembering to follow up on conversations we've had previously. Painless cleanings have gotten me past my prior dental-phobia. Friendly staff, wonderful dentist.
My dental hygienist is Melissa. Melissa knows I have difficulties with dental anxiety as well as generalized anxiety which has had a negative impact on my dental health by me avoiding the dentist. I started with Dr Elward's office a couple of years ago. They take seriously my anxiety and never push me, shame me, or discount my experience. I wish all dentist offices are as good but sadly they are not. I highly recommend Dr. Elward's office if you want to be able to feel safe in the dental chair.
