The grounds are up-kept beautifully, the units are clean and updated, the office staff is friendly and often remember residents and even pets by name, and there are fun events like ice cream socials, food trucks on site, and cutest pet contests. RecommendedThe staff at Ridgewood Arches is wonderful. I truly appreciated the timeliness in response to questions and maintenance requests and always felt welcomed in the community. I would have loved to stay but moved to be closer to my partner's work. I highly recommend it!
RecommendedEssi is the reason I decided to move here after I toured because she was so friendly and easy to talk to. Always enjoyed seeing her in the office with her hairstyle of the week, her beautiful smile and fun outfits. Everyone in the office is so friendly and super helpful. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, I loved the location and I really loved the vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace. I WILL MISS THE FIREPLACE SO MUCH! RecommendedI’ve been living here for almost 2 years and never had a poor experience. They invest into the property so the buildings look good, regular updates are made, it’s close to everything, which is super convenient. Maintenance is super fast. I really Love my apartment and would recommend to anyone looking in the area to check it out :)
RecommendedGreat management and maintenance team who respond to your requests within one business day. They also do a great job maintaining the apartments/grounds and even provided complimentary carpet cleaning and plumbing upgrades just for renewing our lease!
