I moved from a condo about twice the size of my current one bedroom. Although newer and larger units were an option, the amenities are second to none! Building services and the concierge are simply amazing! I have had friendly interactions with most neighbors; several of which have been here for over 5 years and STILL love it! I work nights, and finding a parking spot has been a challenge when I get home at 2/3am. I just received my deposit back and did not receive it all back. They find ways to not refund your $. Also when I signed my lease I made the mistake of not reading it and just signed as I thought I would be told the truth. I asked upfront what is the penalty to move out and was told just month rent you give notice plus 2 months rent. But when I did give my notice and got charged the above plus a 1440 penalty. So beware of thinking they are up front and honest.
I love, love, LOVE living at Kellogg Square! The fitness room is second to none. I use it the first thing every morning and feel great all day long. My daughter & grandkids love the indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna. Now, coming to see grandma is like going to a fancy hotel, and it doesn't cost a thing. We downsized from a home in Minneapolis and moved here about 7 yrs ago. We are extremely impressed with Bigos Management, the front desk staff (concierge) and the office staff. During the renovation, there are many hardworking individuals, all of whom are so pleasant and helpful. We have not had one bad experience here.
