This place is unlivable 2 months out of the year because of the air conditioning policy.
This place ALWAYS has ongoing issues with the laundry room. 7 washers out of service?? Wow!! I would give 0 stars if I could.
Come see my maintenance requests and see how we need to ask again and again. After many years here we’ve become disenchanted after Bigo’s bought our bldg. and jacks up the rent EVERY year.
Professional management and very experienced maintenance staff.
They are horrible management. They charge us for an old carpet and then said that the carpet life expectancy was 2 years so that`s why we have to pay extra money for it. We stayed there for a year but because of the management, we decided to move. And I am glad we moved on. I request everyone think twice before going to check out those apartments.
