No real hands-on training. They just drop you into a location with little to no guidance, and when something serious happens, they throw you under the bus. For example, two students were fighting at the school I was assigned to. I stepped in to break it up, but when one student refused to go peacefully, I escorted him to the principal’s office. This person flew past me on Mosside Blvd at the intersection where the Sheetz is, cut me off literally in the middle of said intersection going at least 30 miles an hour faster than me (no turn signal) from the right turn lane, (I was in the straight lane).
