They all are friendly, I really had good experience with Dr Kelli
Dr Dyer & her incredibly knowledgeable technician were both very thorough. A laser procedure had been recommended at a recent visit to another opthalmologist, but Dr Dyer didn't hesitate to disagree, even though this is a procedure she performs. She explained that the problem was apparent, but was not yet significant in her opinion, to warrant treating. Due to a more unique condition, Dr Dyer referred me to a practice whose provider outstanding! about whom I had endless accolades.
Had an appointment to get a mole removed and never even made it to the room. After waiting an hour with no explanation I got up and told the front desk I was leaving. Then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reschedule. Save time and don’t make an appointment with this office
This office doesn't do insurance verification for the appointment. So, if you'll get there be ready to pay full price after, if your insurance won't cover their service, even if they say you are covered for it. They can be in network, but how they bill your insurance can leave you uncovered
