Disappointed that Kelley's Island Ferry charged $10 for me to pick up my son from Camp Patmos. The kids always get dropped off and picked up at the ferry dock. This was the first time in 4 years we were charged for 20 minutes of parking. None of the parents expected this :(
Poor customer service was the experience my friends and I experienced July 4th 2015. No considerations for individuals with special needs and mobility issues. I WILL NOT recommend visiting Kelly's Island on the Ferry!!!!! If you are not traveling via private boat AND have a vehicle on the island DO NOT GO!!!! I will tell EVERY person I see of our experience!!!
Phenomenal. Out of this world. Excellent schedule keeping. They get it done one way or another, rain or shine.

I have been coming to Kelley's Island for 20 years now and have never had a problem until the last couple of years. The customer service at this place is as bad as it gets. The people at the ticket booth are very rude and one of the guys that helps park cars on the ferry has given me attitude multiple times.(Young guy with short black hair, can't remember his name) I am not normally one to complain about things like this, but you guys need to have a talk with some of your employees.
