Thought is was great. The ticket booth, crew were all great! Pricey, yes, but it can't be cheap haul all your cars and trucks back and forth every hour.
Arrived Friday for our first experience going to Kelleys Island. Ferry was very prompt on their departure times and we enjoyed the ride. Great weekend away on the Island.
it was a great ride and very reasonable the staff was helpful and even answered questions to make sure that i understood with no problems
No problems at all getting tickets, loaded, and off loaded in both directions. Nice ferry ride!
We had a great time on the ferry !! Everyone was fantastic and happy and polite!! From the time we got our tickets until the time we got off it was great!! I would recommend this to lots of friends ! Great job!!
Actually on the ferry now and that part is fine, but the customer service at the ticket booth is something that needs to be addressed. Cathy is her name, and she is not a polite customer service representative for this company. She was rude when all that was mentioned by someone in our group that the price was high. She kept mumbling words under her breath and I polity told her I thought it was best she didn't speak anymore. She continued to be crappy and I asked if she owned the business, she said no.
