I ride the ferry all the time and I love it :)
The ride is fine but quite a bit over priced!!! Simply because their the only service so they got ya by the balls as they say!!!! The island and food on the island is awesome. Beers a bit expensive but Again, on a island and they got ya!

Paladino should be ashamed charging so much for fare!! How does he expect families to visit island. Wish Neumans was still in business !!! Maybe you should give a complimentary jar of Vaseline with your tickets!!
What a rip off. Charging you for your car, and the number of occupants in it. How do people think that's ok?
On time and smooth ride! Very organized, and love that they run every 30 minutes!
I took my grandsons for their first ferry ride. They loved it. We also stayed overnight. They couldn't wait to take the ferry back to the mainland.
