We had a wonderful experience today picking up a Rolex OP 31mm lavender dial watch for my wife for our 20th anniversary! Genevieve was our Rolex specialist and she was fantastic! She sized the watch perfectly, and took plenty of time explaining the functionality and care of this exceptional timepiece to my wife. Great experience at Kelley Jewelers. I purchased a Rolex Datejust, and everything from start to finish was smooth and enjoyable. Gen, the Rolex specialist, was extremely helpful and made the process feel personal and easy. The store layout is beautiful, and their selection is impressive. I’ll gladly drive 2.5 hours to shop here again and will be purchasing all watches and jewelry from Gen.
Kelley’s was wonderful to work with. We did some custom pieces and worked on some heirloom pieces, all of them turned out beautiful. We got great individual attention with the lovely Megan who made sure we were informed each step of the process.
