0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Took 1 week longer than expected. No attention to detail. Wrong parts installed and paint overspray required another trip and an additional 4 days in the shop. Now, I have noticed another wrong part installed and overspray still not cleaned up 100%. 4 Star : Customer Service Faith did a great job by keeping me informed throughout the 6+ weeks. Chad reserved a rental car for me due to the second trip back, which was appreciated.
0 Star : My Experience I think the lack of communication drove me crazy. I wasn’t crazy about the fact that it took 20 days to replace a bumper and an exhaust pipe. If I had been told that at first, I would have been more understandable. Instead, I was given date after date, ended up turning in my rental thinking I would have had it before then. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Zero 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Kelly’s Body Shop was my first stop for bodywork but in the future I will have to go a different direction and will no longer be referring anyone like I have done in the past. I have contacted your shop multiple times since I pick up my vehicle and still haven’t received a return call a bout my complaint. 0.5 Star : Customer Service 100% unsatisfactory I received better service from backyard shops
