3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The work they did on the vehicle was good but it took much longer than what was anticipated. 4 Star : Customer Service No updates, as to how long the work was going to take, were given.
1 Star : Likely to Recommend Not likely. had to use Kelly for alstate claim 2 Star : Repair Quality i was told 3 to 4 days tops. after 4 days i called. no answer. i stopped in 4th day and was told friday or now monday Days 5-6. called monday day 6 no answer. Finally called day 7. At 4:30 found out they called the wrong # to let me know it was done on day 7' about 3 in the after noon. Cost me $300 a day to not use truck for 3 to 4 extra days. Wrong parts installed and paint overspray required another trip and an additional 4 days in the shop. Now, I have noticed another wrong part installed and overspray still not cleaned up 100%. 4 Star : Customer Service Faith did a great job by keeping me informed throughout the 6+ weeks. Chad reserved a rental car for me due to the second trip back, which was appreciated.
