I did not go to the Altamonte location. We go to the Lake Mary one. Great service, fast, friendly, fantastic food. I have read the reviews from the Altamonte location, and even though some are bad about the service, i would have to agree. Unfortunately they get their staff from the surrounding area there. Not a very good area. There is a reason we go to Lake Mary.
You get consistently great BBQ food here! No matter when, its always great!
We were acknowlwdged quickly upon arrival which is a big plus for me. The food was very good, served as ordered and the serving sizes are big. Our waitress was courteous, checked on us throughout the meal and when my drink got low it was quickly refilled. I recommend Keller's for bbq lovers and there are plenty of other items on the menu for someone who doesn't want bbq. Thank you for a positive experience!!
The the wait staff and the manager Brianna where completely rude!!! We ordered ahead and waited an additional 20-30 min for our food. Although someone else ordered THE SAME THING while we waited and he received the food 10 min before us. Horrible customer service!! On a good note the food was ok.
We had wings to go. Like that they're breaded- not many places do that anymore. Sauce was just enough spicy.
