The food is great, but the customer service here is HORRIBLE!! I've worked in customer service since I was 15 years old and I would never treat people the way they do. I place pick up orders from this location often because it is right around the corner from my work. The girls that answer the phone are always rude over the phone and they are even more snotty and rude to your face. Today they messed up our orders BIG TIME and didn't even apologize. Great food, great service. A good selection of music playing on the sound system. The sides are especially good, mashed potatoes and gravy are yummy.
My boyfriend and I don't get to Keller's enough, but every time we go, we are never disappointed! I love the pulled pork with coleslaw and fries! I am from TN and for many years, every visit back home meant bringing back pulled pork, thanks to Keller's, there is no need to do that anymore!!!
