It appeared that two Keller Williams agents working out of this office were colluding to get me to bid a higher amount on a purchase, notifying me that there was a bidding war on the property. Turned out there was no bidding war. If I did listen to Keller Williams, I would have paid at least $100,000 more for the property. I would run, don’t walk away from this Keller Williams.
