I would urge any property owner to be cautious about listing a property with this firm. Keller Williams listed this property two weeks ago in my neighborhood and it now appears to have squatters in it. This is potentially a very dangerous situation for residents in the neighborhood as well as Realtors and buyers who go to view the property. I hope no one gets hurt in an easily preventable situation. We have reached out to Keller Williams and they are not willing to do anything about the situation.
