My realtor went overseas on a vacation. She put one of her colleagues and tell me he knew the business . Now my problem with that is he stood back and did absolutely nothing. If it wasn't for me, the seller. the deal would have fell through. He didn't inform the buyer of anything about the house. He proceeded to let me the seller. Tanner Parkes was the seller/agent for a home he had "renovated" and sold, to me, in 2021. So far, I have spent 70 thousand dollars repairing shotty work on the home he described as 'fully updated." In March, 2025, I discovered a roof leak which revealed new siding was placed over rotten wood and the siding was not installed correctly. Now, all the siding has to be removed in order to assess and fix the house properly. This is the last straw for me!
