My realtor went overseas on a vacation. She put one of her colleagues and tell me he knew the business . Now my problem with that is he stood back and did absolutely nothing. Tanner Parkes was the seller/agent for a home he had "renovated" and sold, to me, in 2021. So far, I have spent 70 thousand dollars repairing shotty work on the home he described as 'fully updated." In March, 2025, I discovered a roof leak which revealed new siding was placed over rotten wood and the siding was not installed correctly.
