My personal experience dealing with Keller Williams Southpark. The Chuck Adkins team is the most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. They never showed up or communicated with as the seller, they don’t return calls, texts or emails timely if at all. They changed the commission percentages right before the closing (increased it). As a licensed realtor I would recommend NOT using them.
