I had put an offer on a home that Stormie Benfield had the listing for. After putting in an offer, which was full asking price plus all closing cost. Stormie contacts, our realtor and made her aware that the sellers wanted to know what our tax filing status was (were we business owner or did we file a w-2) and wanted consent to speak to our lender about our finances. I purchased a home listed by Cindy McCartt through Keller William Realty- Charlotte South Park (4216 Firwood Ln) on 8/20/2018. It has been 8 days and I still do not have the keys to the home or the master code to the front door key pad! I just called CPI Security and the previous owner still has an active account on MY HOME! I found out that the last 8 days they have had live VIDEO FEED to MY HOUSE along with master code access to my front door! The most unprofessional agents I have ever seen !!! Their agents scheduled 2 appointments to show our home !! Neither showed up, and did not even cancel until after the appointment time. Very rude and unprofessional.
