Kimo Quance and Lorene are simply amazing! We approached Kimo with what we thought would be a hard task (proven wrong of course). He was able to quickly place our townhome on the market and have an accepted offer over asking price within days of listing! On top of selling our home Kimo was able to get our offer accepted on a new home that already had several offers on. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us out with Selling/buying our homes.

We used the Kimo Quance Group for our recent home purchase in the Ramona area. We were selling and buying which proved to be a very stressful task. After using another well known real estate group for the sell of our home, we found that we were not very happy with the buying agent on the team.
