I have known Kimo for over 7 years. Even before I sold my first home Kimo assisted me with all my questions for 2 years before we listed my home. Kimo and his team really did a great job from day one! Some of the stuff he did probably was not his job description. He kept his word and made everything seems too good to be true. He knows what he is doing and gets the job done! Kimo and his team worked really hard and maintained a very good and quick response to all my text messages and emails. The only place I can start this review is by saying that Jen Toups is the most amazing agent. She helped me purchase a short sale house almost 4 years ago that took more than a year to get.
