We entered informal negotiation with her and her client, then heard nothing back from her with multiple attempts to contact over the course of 2-3 days. We reached out to her broker to understand if something had changed. Anna lied to her broker saying she did reach out to us to let us know they were no longer interested. They didn't help me with the loan to buy a house because of my simple job and I went to another company and they gave me the best loan and a wonderful house …..This place is only for rich people.
Every interaction I've had here, whether buying my house or buying land, has been far from easy. Twice, they've made mistakes on important documents. They only caught one. Though it was their mistake, we needed to take time out of our day, go to them, wait, and re-sign 1 paper. They did not provide a copy of that paper for us to know what we were signing, so only God knows if it was even part of the original contract.
