We had Kirby Bloomer as our agent for the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. He was very professional and assisted us on every aspect of the process. Highly recommend him as anyone's agent.
Terrible experience with the sale of our home. Recieved a text from our agent 2 hours before closing that she will not be there. Ended up seeing our agent at the end of closing (after buyer signed- she was dual agent) and she never made eye contact nor acknowledged us. Closed over a week ago on the sale of our home and have yet to hear a "Thank you for the business." Complete and utter lack of professionalism. Will never use or recommend KW or said agent again.
Cannot believe the ridiculously low standards of this office. Missed deadlines, poor communication, unethical and immoral conduct. Very unprofessional.
