0 ZERO STARS Our Keller Williams realtor did not follow the rules of Michigan real estate regarding deadlines, such as giving their clients us, the 72 hours to make a decision on accepting an offer. Our house was actually off-market at the time. She did not get the house listed in a timely manner when it was under contract with her, she should not have had us, the seller, wait a month for her photographer and appraiser and stager to get their jobs done.
