We were looking to sell our home and retire in another state. We were recommended to Ed and I'm very grateful that we were. This review is long overdue. We lived in Eagle River for 22 years. After raising our kids, we wanted to live out our lives in rural Palmer. So, we drove around and kept coming back to a new subdivision. Ed stopped near our car and we talked. He listened to our wants and even gave us a tour of a new home. But the lot we wanted was listed as sold Ed advised us that sale just fell through. We put a tentative deposit on it and gained more info to do the deal.
