I have bought and sold 4 homes, but the Kiker Team and Okie Arnot were the most professional teams I have known. The put their expertise together to help me get my home ready, sell in a matter of days and purchase my new home within 24 hours of getting the sales contract on my original home. I was moving from an urban area to the mountains and since there is so much specific location expertise at KWDTC, I was able to take advantage of people who are just outstanding and know their craft. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I am so impressed with the people in this office- Realtors (vs. real estate agents) who are continually taking classes to gain more knowledge and provide the most value for clients in the buying and selling process. The KW-DTC Realtors sell 1 out of every 12 homes in the Denver Metro Area- they know the market and how to maneuver all the steps from pre-listing fixes to marketing, inspections issues, appraisal and smooth closings. And they're fun!
Unfortunately my experience with KW could not have been worse. When faced with the opportunity to do the right thing the agent and the agency chose to make a bad situation so much worse. The nightmare of losing your ability to purchase a home that has taken so long to find is difficult to describe. I am still baffled by their actions that harmed a client for no benefit to either side. I simply cannot recommend them. With some many good firms in Denver why would you take a chance with a group like this?
